Running the numbers a couple of times, I'm pretty sure the Hawks get the 8th seed and go to Brooklyn Tuesday if they beat the Rockets Sunday and the Cavs lose to the Bucks.

If the Hawks and Cavs both win Sunday, the Hawks host the 9/10 game against Charlotte Wednesday.
