Reminder: The Hawks can carry 20 players into training camp and they only have 14 guaranteed contracts + Cooper and Mays on Two-Way deals.

TLC *could* be the 15th for the full roster but, if the deal is non-guaranteed as reported, there isn’t anything assured there.
