  1. Sund is operating like he has one last bullet in his gun (e.g. cap space). He's afraid to shoot the rabbit he sees now in case a deer comes along. Never mind he's in a desert, with no food or water, but man that mythical deer is just around the next cactus.

  2. It's LD, he'll bench 2 of his 3 whipping boys in Teague, Marvin and Zaza. With Zaza being the only C I'd bet that if he were to actually change the lineup he'd replace Teague with Kirkland and Marv with TMac/Radman.

  4. Blame it all on the coach if you must. It's not all his fault. You can't win unless you put the ball in the basket and prevent you opponent from doing it more than you do. A simple concept, but so complicated to do. Who is it that has such a very low shooting % from inside, outside, behind the three point line and at the free throw line? Hint. It's not the coach. I can understand how we get far fewer rebounds when the opponent has bigger, taller players. Blame the coach. Oops. I forgot. He's not the one who obtains these players. He just uses what's made available to him. The thing that bugs me is not the taller players grabbing the rebound. I can understand that. But, when all the rebounds seem to follow our opponent around and always end up in their hands, regardless of where they are, How does that happen. Guess we blame that on the coach. Oh well. On to the next game. GO HAWKS!!

  5. I guarantee he'd be one of our top 2-3 rebounders on the team, even today.

  6. I like Mickael Kidd-Gilchrist more then Barnes as a longterm propspect. Kidd-Gilchrist is natural high level BB-IQ guy that Barnes is simply not. I lke Barnes alot too but just prefer MKG.I also like Moultrie a lot. He is more physical then P. Jones and is more polished in the offensive post game. Moultrie and Jones have good athletic ability for their size. Both are probably better at PF but Moultrie, unlike Jones, has the potential to play real minutes at center down the road.At pick #2 you take BPA...........reaching for need at pick #2 is a mistake in my opinion. This a deep draft for big men but I'm not sure there is one worthy of the #2 pick. Of course there is a lot of the NCAA season left for these young bigs to grow though.

  7. dumbest move in Hawks history. Woody must be somewhere in heaven smiling. Well....maybe it's the second dumbest. Dumbest was making a lifeless player the face of the franchise.
