I am just telling you that when Josh plays to his strengths, he is the much better player. Horford will always be a strong role player but never a star.

In order to improve, you have to take calculated risks. Trading Josh is not the answer. Coaching Josh is.

You could get more for Horford than Josh because he is under contract. He has no post game. Josh is the better player but needs a strong coach to force him to play his role.
