2nd unit was a sloppy but managed to keep the lead. Again, this group (lead by Rondo) hasn't had any burn together. Im telling ya, when guys figure each other out this will be a dangerous group.- 398 replies

Starting to shape up. These guys are clearly still working out kinks with each other, but when they are on, its must see TV. Got to have a little patience when guys look a little rusty. They are playing themselves back in to game form- 398 replies

I sure hope so. Bogi has been trash every game he has started. Off the bench he has been night and day. Plus Cam and Dre are a great fit next to Trae on offense and Defense. The other 3 guys we already knew were going to be starters.- 398 replies

Having Capela, and hopefully Rondo would be a huge boost. Hopefully Gallo is back by the Nets game. We have done well in their absence but its time to build some frickin chemistry with this team and establish roles instead of just plugging holes.- 398 replies

Don't forget Ben Wallace was only 6'9 as well. And he was very limited to playing only around the rim.

Warriors with a 1 point win against the Bulls, they are struggling big time.

What the heck is in the water today? The Nets, Celtics, Sixers, and Bucks all lost today to teams "lesser" than them. Bucks and Celtics with losing records to open the season.

Remember he took like a week from the announcement to officially sign because of a physical. No wonder Chicago let him go without a fight. This is like the Capela signing and only makes the Rondo signing make more sense. Everyone kept asking why we needed Rondo when we signed Dunn. Well, looks like we knew ahead of time Dunn may be on the mend, so we needed an actual backup PG in the mean time.

We made 10 straight playoff appearances, at least half we got past 1st round, and an ECF appearance and STILL didn't get a Christmas game back then. They put the Pels on Xmas for crying out loud. Warriors we know why they made the exception, but the Pels? Because of Zion, really?

He crushed it tonight. Not going to pretend like I has any expectations for this kid. But he is really making me want to learn more. I did not expect him to see the floor at all with 16 bodies ahead of him but I was wrong. Great job Knight
-
And guess what, this was a "bad" game by a lot of our guys standards. We had the real "grit and grind" tonight.

Ouch, that's going to be a tough back to back. Hopefully we can split, they looking like public enemy #1 in the East.

FYI: We talk about making the playoffs, well, these are the type of tough, ugly road games you have to win to make it in, and advance once you get there. Every game cant be pretty. We are down several bodies tonight and had to really fight for this one. Great job by the players and coaching staff.

Ugly game going to be won on defensive end tonight. Got to put together stops, rebound, and not commit fouls.

I take back the mean stuff I said about Kev. I mean, he still cant draw a foul to save his life, but I love that pretty shot when its going in.

That was always such a bogus claim by his haters. JC never shot a 3 in college, his game was all midrange and in. Gets to the NBA, they dont want guys shooting midrange so they coach him out of it. He has even said as much, if they ever let him post in the midrange, that shot is in his bag. There were even posters on here saying he had a beautiful stroke out to 18, but doubted if he could shoot NBA 3's. People get amnesia when they have an agenda.
