  1. So I see you didn't bother to read the part where I said he used PED's to stray away from injuries, not be a slugger. Ok cool, I hit a nerve because I am talking about your man crush. It's ok. These kinds of things happen. "Ohhhh god bless Chipper, the savior and my favorite Brave, no one has the right to say ANYTHING bad about my fantasy lover because HE IS MINE."
  2. Maybe not his entire carrer, but Chipper used performance enhancing drugs. End of discussion. If you are still in denial about it you know nothing about sports. 2003 just so happened to be the last season he played more than 150 games, then the injury bug just seemed to catch up with him. The majority of players who have come forward and admitted to the use of HGH and other various performance enhancing drugs claims that the reason for use was to stay on the field and lessen recovery time for the minor injuries. Don't get me wrong, I see Chipper as a guy who accomplished everything he has through CLEAN hard work and just happened to catch a few bad breaks. I'm simply just raising the question to you all, with looking at the stats how long is it before there is a SI article with his name all over it?
  3. So, you want him to talk like a prestigious white kid from Yale? The way he acts/talks is just fine for Atlanta.
  4. Well it's actually season 2 coming up. BUT: 9/11 WAS an inside job. JFK WAS an inside job.
  5. So you honestly do not believe Chipper ever injected steroids? If not you must be in the dark. The seasons he had in the 90s/early 2000s are proof of it, along with the McGuires, Sosas, Bonds, and all the other big time players. Most players shot roids in the 90s, and when I say most I mean the VAST MAJORITY in order to be the best. Do not fool yourself my friend.
  6. Don't understand. We have the guard position filled and our bigs need help, and we go after the smallest player in the NBA? Ok. Cool.
  7. No doubt, he was ROY and was an all-star when he played for the Griz.
  8. But, Horford does need help. Never once has Horford been hateful while talking to the press like TO or 85 have, Al isn't that type of person. He's a likable person with a great personality. We need someone vocal like this, because we all know Joe will not be that person.
  9. This is a good thing. I don't think Teague should come out the gates starting anyway. Bibby is still our PG at the moment, and if Teague wants to take that spot he needs to earn it. And he will actually have a chance to earn it because LD will give him playing time.
  10. You forget it was the last game of the season and the Cavs had full reserves in. No one was even playing.
  11. The Hawks SHOULD win the game handily if all goes well. Planning on getting tickets as well.
  12. I love Al. His upbeat attitude is great, and seems to constantly stay involved in helping others while improving himself. EX-TEN-SION.
  13. Jamal doesn't seem like the type to do this. Hell, it would be foolish for anyone to hold out a 10 mill contract. If anything he should play as hard as possible this season to earn more value. I think the Hawks realize his worth, though. Something will be done with Jamal, whether it be a trade near the deadline, or a sign (hoping for the sign instead of a trade, Craw has always been one of my favorite players to watch).
  14. All those years of shooting roids finally caught up to Larry.
  15. Don't really understand the logic in this deal for NO, though. They get Ariza for Collison? Wow.
  16. Ahhh,. I believe I was in the middle of the post before the original post was editted.
  17. Awww, congrats buddy :blow out candles:
  18. Why do the Rockets need Collison? edit snoozed
  19. i like how Powell just disrespected the Hawks conglomerate.
  20. I woulda laughed if it said Larry Woodson.
  21. No worries for Joe, he's already gotten the "respect" he deserves with $120+ million....
