This franchise is F'd! Too much dysfunction. They keep calling it a retool but it'll be a rebuild. Trae isn't staying with this nonsense going on. Got to hope JJ is the savior. But how can anyone have faith in the owner or front office. This is a nightmare that will take years to turn around. Can any of the insiders explain how the front office is sold on Nate? I'd understand if it's because they don't want to eat that contact. He was fully exposed in the heat series. What offense is he running? Defense was questionable. Refusing to play players and full rotations. Never knowing when to call time outs or use challenges. If he stays he better make wholesale changes on his staff.

Yes, the guy is stubborn with players and rotations, makes no adjustments, Miami exposed him, they freelance on offense and defense, how do you not even know how to inbound a pass or handle a press, if Travis doesn't pull the plug now he'll be fired with him next year when they run it back
