How is Milsap making them look bad? He was asked a question he answered it. Maybe you didn't like his answer, but he just answered a reporter. Neither of us were there so we don't know what was said behind closed doors. The only one that does was Milsap and he doesn't strike me as a person who would lie to make the Hawks look bad. As far as the Atlanta FO they might not care, but they certainly haven't been honest with their fan base so far. That's a fact. Maybe whatever their plan is will work out, but their approach with the fans and media has been horrible to say the least.

That's what gets me pissed is having the front office lie to the fans. Just be honest you owe it to your fans.

According to Peachtree hoops they seem to think that ownership stepped in and told Coach bud and Wilcox not to trade Millsap and that they do not want to rebuild has anyone else heard that? I'm skeptical because ever since Horford left Peachtree Hoops has been pretty much negative towards the Hawks because their favorite player left and I would find it hard to believe that the ownership group would step in and take over control of Coach Bud's final decision since he's the president of operations, but what have you guys heard?

I'm not complaining I'm stating on what's going on, I'll comment on the Millsap trade once it happens but from what I'm reading and hearing we are not going to get a significant player in return that's going to keep us one of the top teams in the east, that is why I'm saying it's kind of crazy when you're in first place and you're going to get rid of all these players yes this team isnt good enough to beat the Cavaliers but to take it down to the bare minimum Ambien rebuild mode in the next four years that seems kind of crazy to me for a team that is in first place

I think it means we are making the trades now, before jimmy butler gets traded to a team. Meaning some of the people the hawks are targeting could possibly get traded for butler. So make the trade now before they are gone.
