Yeah...we're maybe kidding ourselves about Hunter coming back. Just hope that knee doesn't become a chronic thing, because based off how all of them have played, I'd LOVE to see a Young/Bogdanovic/Hunter/Collins/Capela starting lineup. okay...if Collins wants a max, maybe not him unfortunately though. **more of the above starting lineup, I should say

Goals for Game 3 regardless of if whether Hunter plays (hopefully he does) or not: - Better game from Capela and Collins. - Don't let a scrub get hot (honestly, that will be problematic without Hunter). - Shoot like you can from 3 and be the team forcing turnovers.

If De'Andre can't come back then you're just going to need to play the scrap for turnovers and shoot the ball game. I think they can make it happen but it's extremely hard. Not bummed out either way despite my bipolar-ness. This team's ability to do this is likely to at least cause headaches anyway.

Yeah, Embiid played the whole 3rd as Philly couldn't really get the lead to where it was comfortable (at least that's the way it looked). Gotta take advantage of that in the 4th...but that's not a good start to taking advantage.

Based off what I've seen, although Harris/Curry can be pretty good scorers, the Sixers really are mostly Embiid's prowess and fast break points. That dude is a freak. If we keep it up at the very least he's going to be gassed in a couple weeks though.

They did tie it temporarily but something tells me that if the move that most of us were calling for is done, this would be closer.

Well, all in all that could've been worse. You'll have to forgive my bipolarness. But yeah... Solo can't start this second half. This was something that I almost posted in the other thread, I felt the offense was executing well when it was Trae/Bogi/Huerter despite the changes made in the 2nd half. It sucks...but maybe they just make shots. They can be really good at doing so.

I will say one thing is clear though, Solo starting does not work. It's a no win, but if Hunter is down for the series like I suspect, you're just going to have to go for outscoring. It's difficult, but it isn't impossible. But I think this one is likely already cooked.

After what I heard about the swelling, I'm honestly not sure we see him again until late fall. Really sucks...this series is winnable (win or lose tonight) but it's tougher without him (even though the Hawks can win games without him). If he doesn't play at all, gonna have to keep scrapping to force turnovers and shoot well.

This is uhhhh, wow from Milwaukee. To think that I was excited for this series too. But right now? This looks like a gentlemen's sweep. Wonder if Bud gets fired from Milwaukee...they are not this bad.

Since it was bad enough for him to not play yesterday, I'm guessing he won't be available tomorrow either. Hopefully, he can play Thursday and they can make home court stand up.

Embiid for the most part looked fine until the 4th (even though in the end he ended up piling up more points). In the 4th until that meltdown vs the press, he looked gassed and frustrated. Gonna need to keep up the pace. I'm guessing he's not 100% but is fine for this time of the year. 80-90% sounds about right.

Yeah, I'd take Trae/Bogi/Hunter/Collins/Capela over that starting lineup that the Mavs trotted out there today. Didn't even realize that Boban was starting lmfao. The biggest issue for the Mavs is probably Porzingis not playing like a star. Besides him you have a collection of solid role players like Hardaway Jr, Brunson, and Finney-Smith. Really hope we get to see a lot more of the lineup I mentioned above...hopefully Hunter's knee doesn't become a chronic thing.
