We keep Trae because of 27/10 and Ressler needs to sell tickets. DJM for Ingram + picks seems realistic and could help both teams. But my preferences would be Mikal Bridges, Jaylen Brown, or Herb Jones....just don't see any of those 3 being traded. For double extra credit, I'd draft Dalton Knecht.

This only works if you trade Trae to SAS for our picks + assets. Otherwise, we’re just tanking for their sake. I’m not ready to give up on Trae. Not easy to find 27/10 players and I’m not going to just assume we luck into another superstar in the draft. We’re more likely to find another Sheldon or Marv Williams. Also not ready for years of unwatchable basketball. I think we trade DJM this summer and make a final run at this with Trae and Quin. Find some better fits and run this back until our debt to the Spurs is paid.

Hoping the pick just conveys this year so we can stop worrying about it. I get the argument about it being a weak draft, but getting the #15/16 pick is probably the best case outcome when those protections were announced. Y'all really want to risk waiting until next year for the small chance it conveys at 13/14 or 11/12/13/14 the next year? Sacramento is one injury to Fox or Sabonis away from sucking in a stacked Western conference. Just get the pick now

I don’t think BI has played at all in the 4th of this play-in game. Zion is out hurt too and BI is still riding the bench. Yikes.

Was going to say Treadmill bc we’re in the play-in year after year after year…but it’s worse than that. I looked at our record and we’ve gone from 43 wins to 41 to now 36 wins over the past 3 seasons. This team is literally regressing. But I guess that’s what happens when you turn key players into picks that aren’t transferring and cap space. REGRESSION

I have 0 issue with us keeping DJM if the value wasn't there...none. My issue is this middle of the road path we continue to be on by: 1) Not brining in guys to improve the roster 2) Actively trading away guys to avoid LT consequences So here at the deadline, we don't do anything to get better. But we also don't do anything to get worse. Okay...so we're stuck in this middle of the road purgatory in the last year of us controlling our own FRP. Just my 2 cents...

Murphy + Jones + figure out how to reroute Claxton to us from BKN and I'd consider...maybe...DJM and OO. Maybe...
