Spring is here in the south and I remember this interesting story I'll share:

 

The retired gentleman was out in his yard, mowing the grass and making

everything neat around his house.

 

A new neighbor, mistaking him for a professional lawn worker, stopped him

and said, "You're doing a very nice job.  I'm new here and I need to hire

someone to care for my lawn.  How much do you charge?"

 

He smiled at her and replied, "Well, the lady who lives here, if I do a really

good job, will feed me a sandwich and then take me to bed with her."

 

After a moments pause, the new neighbor sweetly ask him,

"What kind of sandwich?"
