Yup, heard it come out of Koonin's own mouth: they were never in trade talks for Sap and their plan was to play him at SF and every rumor we heard was just that, rumor. Greatest part of the interview was his bitch slap to Alice Whorefart: they listened to the fans and agreed that she wasn't worth a max deal. I love it.
