Fansided had a long article how ATL could make the Kawhi trade to LA work.  There sce aries are below.  I am curious what people think about the options they laid out.

Option 1

Atlanta Hawks Receive:
F Luol Deng – LAL
C Mortiz Wagner – LAL
2022 Unprotected 1st round pick – LAL

San Antonio Spurs Receive:
G Dennis Schröder – ATL
F Brandon Ingram – LAL
F Kyle Kuzma – LAL
2019 1st Rd pick – LAL

Los Angeles Lakers Receive:
F Kawhi Leonard – SAS

Option 2

Atlanta Hawks Receive:
F Luol Deng – LAL
G Lonnie Walker – SAS
C Mortiz Wagner – LAL
G Danny Green – SAS
G Bryn Forbes – SAS

San Antonio Spurs Receive:
G Dennis Schröder – ATL
G Kent Bazemore – ATL
F Brandon Ingram – LAL
F Kyle Kuzma – LAL
2019 & 2021 1st Rd picks – LAL

Los Angeles Lakers Receive:
F Kawhi Leonard – SAS
G Derrick White – SAS

I think the second one has too many moving parts to be pulled together.   I just cant to ex ites over a 2022 pick in the first trade.  I think Julius Randall could be a great fit for us.  He was solid for LA last year but would have a marginal role on the  new look Lakers and  old easily start at the 5 for us.  Would LA send him to us for taking Deng and maybe SAS send Lonnie Walker to us for Bazemore and or Dennis.  I would love that trade.

I know we could go after Randall as a RFA but if we can lock him up in a trade I would prefer that.

All this is speculation and guess work but the article made plausible cases for the trades.  What option of the three do folks like best for us or should we do nothing to make the Lakers a contender again?
