When 90% of the board thinks this is a 20 something win team, saying that people think "everything will be all better when X happens" is a red herring.  No one thinks everything will be all good this year.  That said, we are missing the guy who was penciled in to be our best player this season.  His return will improve this team in multiple ways and hopefully result in fewer people trying to do things they aren't ready or well equipped to do.
