Writeup to come later but we’ll take a coach who always seems to get buy in and maximum effort, has managed egos successfully and has two rings to prove it:

Tim Duncan

Duncan has been an assistant coach for 2 weeks, and well, that's enough for me. 
His basketball IQ, years of experience with Popovich and his ability to connect with the younger players will bode well for my team.
I may have to change my team's name to the Little Fundamentals.
You better believe there will be plenty of bank-shot drills in practice.

There have been plenty of good head coaches that were hired with zero coaching experience.
Larry Bird, Lenny Wilkens, Doc Rivers, and Don Nelson , just to name a few.
I believe that after all those years with Pop, Bud, Kerr, and Brown, that Tim has already soaked in ton of coaching knowledge. He was already a coach on the floor , with his teamates, and a great mentor in his last few years as a player.

Here is my Tim Duncan story

So we're playing the Spurs and I get the ball on the post. I inside pivot and sweep to the middle for my jump hook and he blocks it. So as we are running down the court he says to me "that was a good move but you have to get more into my body so you can either draw the foul or I can't block it". So I didn't know if he was talking noise or what so just kind of looked at him confused and said ok. Then, a few plays later I did it again got more into his body and he couldn't block it. I missed the shot and he looked at me and said much better and kept playing lol. I remember calling my boy Zee Chilton and telling him this story lol Tim Duncan is honestly one of the nicest guys in the NBA and the best power forward ever in NBA history. Respect

Dragic: It’s me, Goran. I’d like you to use the 151st pick on me and let me team up with Luka. It makes sense, we play for together and have great chemistry 🧪 and I could mentor Ja and Huerter and teach them everything Nash taught me and pass on his little tricks to your young pg’s at the same time. 

Spud: Look Goran, I love what you bring to the table and have always been a fan of your aggressive but calculated style you bring to the court. In any other situation I’d take you in a heartbeat but Capela and Smart at 25. As great as you have been in your career, and you’ve been great, you are still seeking that ring. I think you have a few good years left and I want you to be picked up by a more ready to win vet team that could possibly get you that ring in 2019-20. I know there are only a few picks left in the draft. I’m confident and have a feeling you might get that chance and be picked up by a vet team . (See @IheartVolt)

My guy Mark Porcaro seemed to have stopped doing the Player Database I was leaning on recent years, so it'll take a little while to do the Height/Weight/Age/Schools analysis. But SUM-MELO won't take too long to produce. And I'm on the hunt for a certain 80s music-show video on YouTube.
