No, he couldn't get enough open looks. He was great when open and in space in college. 

This is his strengths, you struggle at this, you just aren't going to be effective

Kind of inexcusable for Collins to only get 5 shots tonight.  Everything can't, or shouldn't be, all about getting the ball on the pick and roll.  He deserves more post touches.

Transition defense

Defensive communication

Chemistry 

Can't make open shots but we had that issue last year

Just chemistry issues overall. We are still trying to figure it all out.

 

Like we said about Bazemore last year, Cam has to hit open and wide looks.

Hunter consistency has to improve

Our defense all around is trash. 

It's gonna take some time this year.

6 returning players - no Huerter, Vince barely playing. So that leaves Trae, Collins, Bembry and Len.

last year we had Prince/Carter/Plumlee/Bazemore/young and looked better than this

It's feeling like we are going to miss Prince and Dedmon more than we thought.

We are going to miss Bazemore and Prince at least for a month or two. While the rookies have talent, they just aren't there yet. Hunter played PF a lot last year. Cam just came back from an injury and he will need some time. 

 

We already miss Dedmon A LOT! For two reasons: 

1. He know where everyone was suppose to be.

2. Len was our backup 5. Now it's Jones

Yeah we won most of our games without him last year.
