That's the 1 bright spot of this horrible preseason.  Trae's defense 3x as better than last season.  This may change once he starts to go up against the elite guys.  But his defense has been very encouraging.

You didn't read my post correctly.  I said that this may change once he starts playing the elite guys, because elite players are good enough to make anyone look bad on defense.  It's a big difference between guarding Lonzo Ball and Kris Dunn . . than it is guarding Russell Westbrook and Steph Curry

It will still be good defense...If the other guy offense is elite, it doesn't take away from Trae's effort!
