If Lakers role players are hitting threes, they are damn near unbeatable.

I agree.   But how long can they do this?

Playoff 3 point shooting ( compared to regular season average )

  • Rondo:  .448 . . . . . ( .328 )
  • Morris:  .436 . . . . . ( .333 )
  • Pope:     .421 . . . . . ( .385 )
  • Green:   .364 . . . . . ( .367 )
  • Kuzma:  .315 . . . . . ( .316 )
  • Caruso:  .244 . . . . . ( .333 )

Maybe Rondo and Morris come back to Earth, while Kuzma and Caruso shoot the ball better.  But Rondo has been big time for them.  9 ppg - 7 asst in the playoffs.  Wish we had a PG that could do that behind Trae.

As long as Travis gets us quality bench depth, no excuses (barring injuries as you mentioned). No more Parsons, Turners etc.....an actual playable NBA bench.

That backs sore for carrying us night in, night out. Gotta get the little fella some help

Good job Miami Heat, I like the way their team is constructed. Bam, picked #14. Herro, picked #13. Robinson, undrafted pick up. Traded for Dragic, signed Butler. Brilliant work.

Kind of proves that you don't need to tank, to get the team where you want to be.

At this point, he's only good in the playoffs. He completely dogs it in the regular season.

They are more open than they are in the regular season as they play with LeBron a lot more in the playoffs. We seen this story when we played Cleveland. LeBron playing a lot of minutes changes how you defend the others.

That's a good point, I hadn't thought about that.

Not as surprising as you think. There was a lot of calls within for Lue.

If PG13, Lou Will, trez, etc. doesnt play like shit, we might not be having this conversation..lol

Sadly, Lou Will time is done in LA. He will be moved in the offseason. They are going to target vets and a backup PG who can run an offense and try to trade for a starting center. They are going to resign Trez and Morris.

I saw where someone said that's his ex-trainer.  Still bad.

Most shocking news is the tardiness of peo calling for us to hire Doc.

What did Trez prove?

6th man of the year and best 6th man off of the bench and his expired so they have to resign him to keep his value. Zubac is under contract.
