Absolutely, I was not looking forward to adding a mid-round pick in a very shallow draft. The fact we were able to solve our starting C issue going into next season with that pick is a home run. Now let's all pray Capella's issue isn't long term chronic lol

Just awesome! Supes said there will be a major bench overhaul. Though I never have ....I vow that ALL members (including myself) of the squawk never question @NBASupes or @thecampster sources ever again. This was a historic time and thread on the squawk!

I can't believe they left off the loss of Len, Parker, and perhaps, most of all, Parsons!

Skal can play PF. PF in our system just set screens anyway outside of Collins who also sets screens

Skal is a kid who can actually shoot who has never been really asked to before.  I say that we try him out as a stretch 4.  He sure has a nice looking deep shot.

Skal has some upside to him.  He has been a 15 & 9 per 36 guy in the NBA.  15 PER, 0.082 WS/48.  Positive BPM, VORP and WAR this year.  This is exactly the kind of young guy on a bench that Schlenk was looking to get for free and test drive.

Minny is trying to get booker !...I guess over the summer or during the draft but I don’t understand why phx would even consider that.

but I’m seeing that minny is going to go after a big 3 of Towns, DLo, Booker....I saw this trending anyways.

That would be the worse defensive team in the history of the NBA, but they would be pretty good offensively. 

After watching John against Towns last night. I'm not trading John for many PF's out there.  Don't see many that young with so much upside.  John does the little things that go unnoticed.  He's improved so much on the defensive end.  

I'm not sure if Schlenk should give him the max, but a good 4  to 5 years at $90 - $110 M should do.
