The clip shows the definition of instate rivalry I think. Maybe it was or maybe it was not an unnecessary put down as the clock wound out in a twenty point blowout. Standing over and staring down the guy on the floor though was really the start of the ruckus because there was no flagrant look to the play itself to me.

Four guys suspended in all but the main thing is De Sousa is gone....uh, twelve games that is. The Big 12 actually did the right thing. Very good for them. KU may make it longer calling it indefinite pending a review, with Self involved would be quite surprised if that sticks. That ruckus though was such a bad look for amateur sports. NCAA just doesn't need that mess so think that the severity of the suspension may help reign that kinda stuff, at least in the Big 12 anyway.
