Giannis will be a Hawk

Say we send Capela, 2020 1rst and Huerter to Philly for Embiid and Elton Brand so as to actually have a quality big man coach for Embiid, Dedmon and Bruno. Some serious paperwork involved would imagine but Elton might do it because he would be the highest paid assistant coach in the league by far and maybe doing something he would rather do. No pay cut and no worrying about buying and selling for teammate chemistry class. Oh, and Cam plays 35 minutes or more at SG moving forward.

I think so too....which is why to me it’s not out of question to get him.

our 2020 first rd pick + capela + a young core member say Huerter or Hunter MAY get you Embiid and most would say that’s great for the hawks but forgetting the fact that he’s severely injury prone. 
 

I love Embiid and his style of play when he’s focused but I think he may be the next big on the Andrew Bynum path

Don't know about that but I remain rooting for you to be right!  Being an UFA at least leaves the decision entirely up to Giannis.

• It isn’t out of the question the Hawkswould make a run at Giannis Antetokounmpo if the reigning Most Valuable Player becomes a free agent next summer, Kirschner adds in the same piece. If the Hawks’ young core shows major progress next season, they may be able to entice the superstar in a similar manner to what the Clippers did to lure Kawhi Leonard and trade for Paul George.

I don't doubt that IF Giannis becomes a FA next offseason that Hawks will try and make a play for him. (I don't agree with the Kawhi/PG reference- they are both from LA and wanted to be back there).

This upcoming season will be big in putting the Hawks in a winning situation to have at least a sit down with Giannis.

The Hawks have signed Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter in FAcy, so I'm sure it is definitely possible to some day bring GA to GA.

Lol,  thanks I’m not the type that needs my predictive powers celebrated  (although it rarely happens so maybe a celebration is not the worst idea lol) I just like good clean Hawks talk.
