Not a chance in terms of passing by any stretch of the imagination. You really think Okongwu handles the rock better than Toppin? Toppin handles the rock in the open court like Horford. Are you willing to die on that sword? Neither have shown great half court handles, I'll go with Toppin just due to the first step and the ability to beat you with it and get to the rack. I haven't seen that much from Onyeka. Not saying he can't do it, I just haven't seen it much.
