Our offense is dependent on them having a total breakdown. It's why we're bottom of the league in 4th quarter offense. When teams play something resembling NBA defense, we can't score.

Because offensively, they get in the way of each other.  Both guys are best around the rim. Collins offense extends out to the 3 point line, but he's still a "middle of the floor" type of player.  Capela's lack of any type of jumper doesn't help at all to space the floor.

But the team is much better defensively with both guys on the floor.  It's almost like night and day.

The bigger thing is that Hunter gets to stay at the 3, where he can offensively score against smaller or same sized guys.

With Gallanari, he can get away with rotating Collins and Capela at the 5, because Gallo is a big 4.  But when you're trying to do it with 6-7 Hunter and 6-6 Solo, that's a problem on the defensive end, especially around the rim.

Hornets are 2nd night of a back to back. I wonder if Mike Conti is going to mention that? When Hawks are playing 2nd night of a back to back, he mentions it every other sentence.

It ain't even close. He's Khris Middleton lite right now in only year 2. Trae is Stephon Marbury with his tendencies boosted up.
