The big thing with Mays is that he doesn't try to do too much.  He plays within himself.

And he's holding up on defense, which is nice.

He should be running the offense for the bench, stop running the offense thru Gallo - he just need to spot up and shoot.

LP needs to nip that in the bud.  Tell that dude to quit talking to the refs on every play.  He's going to make it very hard on himself in the 2nd half of the season, if the refs see him as a complete crybaby.
