When you breed a female horse (Mare) to a male donkey (Jack Ass) the baby is a mule.  If every mule in existance died, 100 years later you could again raise mules if you still had mares and donkeys!!

Dangit.  And i knew that one too....but forgot it.  That's a great trivia question.

In the bible (KJV) a donkey is called an ass.  A male donkey is a Jack.  The female is a Jenny.  In bible times a lot of people rode an ass.  

Today, we can say that people are sitting around on their donkey and get the message out!

In my youth, pot was something my mom cooked beans in.  Today, it's dope.

In my youth, gay was someone who was happy.  Today, it's sexual.

In my youth, woke meant come out of sleep.  "He took a nap and when the dog barked he woke up."

Woke now has a political slant to it.

Same words.  Different meaning.  Different generation.
