How the living fuks did Capela, who notoriously struggles at the line, wind up hitting ALL TEN OF HIS FREE THROWS?

Did the NBA make a rule change right before the game for big men in which the free throw was replaced with a literal "Throw the ball and earn a free point."? Asking for my sanity a friend.

Huerter had a very costly turnover when we had a decent small lead...I think it was right after Trae made a 3 and we got a stop defensively

Exactly...If we have to rely on Capela to go 10-10 at the line to win a game..We won't wim many games!

Gusty victory boys and girls! Bogi and Capela held down the fort in regulation and Trae took us home in OT. One of grittiest, hardest fought wins of the year for us.

We were down our 2nd best player.  We're not an elite team yet, so I'm not surprised at how hard this game was.   

Winning in a place that we hardly EVER win at?  It took a Huerter 3 last year to win it.  This time, it was a Gallo 3 in double OT.

This was a GREAT win, because regardless of how tomorrow night goes, we can legit say that we survived this road trip.

A win tomorrow night will just be icing on the cake.

 

Once we get back home, and start getting these home games in succession, that will be the time where we can make our move to lock down that #4 seed.

What a fn game. Love beating the spurs and to do it in this heartbreaking manner is beautifull. Nothing but praise for Trae Young, He struggled with his knee and some very poor play at the end of the regulation and just shook it off and dominated in overtime in a game where the Spurs would just not let up. Bogi and Galo showing why they were paid the big money. Such a huge win to keep pace in the east and build some momentum heading into an equally big matchup against New Orleans. If we can split this road trip despite the blown leads, injuries and mistakes late in games that's a huge victory. Oh, and shout out to Nate who was coaching his ass off tonight. If it wasn't for Heurter who has reverted to being the resident dunce, this game is over in regulation and thanks in large part to Nate's play calling and substitutions which were all on point.

Really liking Bogi lately. He may well have been our Heurter insurance when we acquired him, but that guy needs to really step it up!

And shout out to OO for a good game in his 12 minutes tonight.

Get well soon, Hunter. Can't wait for that clown Solomon Hill to be glued to the bench.

Knight needs to play more. He can't get the LP treatment...especially when Solomon Hill is somehow pulling down minutes.

This. The obsession with Solomon has to end. There's absolutely no reason for Knight to get DNP-CDs anymore.
