Yup, and then he would blame loss on the players. 

Firing LP was the best Schlenk move so far.

It definitely helps when you have multiple guys on the floor who can create their own shot, and make it.  That was the problem too many times with the 2nd unit.

It also helps that Nate purposely gets those guys the ball, instead of just living with the philosophy of the "open guy" taking the shot.

No . . you get the ball to the guys who can actually make shots.
