Official Game Thread: Hawks at Knicks -- GAME 1

I've never been this nervous before a Hawks playoff series. I want these guys to show up and show out.

Hawks are the better team with the better players. But these are the playoffs so anything can happen. I'm going with my 1st gut instinct of Hawks in 5 but I'm nervous as heck about it. Just win baby!!!

Nates no fool. You go with your best lineup to start and close this game!  I hope De'Andre is up to like 32 - 35 minutes.  He went from like 15  to 24 so it's possible.

Yap, before his injury,  believe hunter and Clint were in top 10 in defense net rating.

Hanging out at my son's house here in Chicago where we both now live after 30 years in Atlanta.  
We have our Hawks gear on and are ready for a win!!

Wow, biggest nerves heading into a playoff series I can remember.  We know our guys are capable of winning, but lots of questions.

1. How will they handle the playoff atmosphere, especially at MSG?

2. How physical will the officials call the games?

3. How will our team gel after so many injuries?  
 

We have to play our game and be confident.
