But The Hawks played excellent defense tonight.   Excellent. 

I think the Bucks came in on cruise control too.   They weren't aggressive.  The starters were aggressive in the 4th... and we met their aggression.   It almost felt like they said, we will play it like we did GM 3 and then we'll turn it on in the 3rd.  But what they failed to see is that we didn't play it like we did in game 3.  We were aggressive, we didn't turn the ball over, we played excellent defense, and we out hustled them.  This was indeed a team victory.

Let me get this straight. They kept Trae out of the ballgame and still blew the doors off when everyone and their grandparents bet the farm on the Bucks?

I thought that Milwaukee was made of sterner stuff. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for that putrid performance. I'll gladly take it of course but oh boy. They truly thought that they could roll out the basketball tonight, win by 27, then finish them in five. I have a deep suspicion that they'll deeply regret mailing it in when they find themselves down in the series and wondering why. Oh well, that's a them problem.

So much for the Bucks being a superior team and having some supposed 'gear' that the Hawks can't reach; they can be had if the Hawks play like thots. And if Trae comes back remotely effective and healthy, with Bogdanovic looking better, well...

Wait a minute.  So you are saying you tuned in and Cap got immediately smacked in the face?

That's what I'm seeing right now watching this recording. They fully expected the Hawks to lay down because Trae wasn't playing. But when things didn't go as planned, well...

Unreal win tonight, HUGE props to Kev/Bogi/Lou for filling in the massive hole of playmaking that trae left out there.  Honestly, this teams energy and fight is unparalleled.  And I have never seen the arena this hype after a game.  The chorus's of "HAWKS IN SIX" changes, random screaming "ATL HO!!! ATL HO!!!" people dancing everywhere, hanging out and high fiving, yelling, screaming, the amount of energy from the fan base matched the intensity on the floor.  This Hawks team is built different

What nobody is thinking is maybe Solo asked Nate to play Reddish in his place. 

After Reading JC's letter... I see it more clearly.  There are no egos on this team.  When Reddish wasn't playing he was one of the biggest cheerleaders.   When Solo wasn't playing tonight.. he was one of the biggest cheerleaders... not the biggest because that was Trae.  What I'm saying is that these guys are like brothers... and I think Nate instills such confidence in all of them that all of them will go to hell and back for him.   We're a young team but we're really dangerous because we don't know quit and everybody is ready to do what it takes.

Lost my disability check and it put me in a bad funk the last few days.

One punch in the gut after another the last calendar year... Losing dad, moving twice, corona twice, family drama, learning my 2 nieces were molested by another family member and now this.

They don't give a shit that my varacose veins issue is a progressive issue and saying I can sit for 6 hours a day 7 days a week as they suggest only makes the problem worse.

They said I'm capable of working at a fundraiser and I can lift more than 10 pounds and that is enough I guess.

Nate knows that although Solo may be in the right spots and not make mistakes 0/0/0/0/0/2 does not have any impact on offense and defense.

We need to get Bruno in there for one reason.  To Punch Tucker and Portis Jr in the mouth..... For JC.   I'm sorry.. tonight I watched those two guys brutalize JC right in front of the refs on several occassions.

Is it me or does it seem like every series so far JC has been the whipping boy that can't get a foul call. 

I need Bruno to be Oakley for us and go out and do some goonish things to their thugs.
