A guess is that the BogBog situation actually had it get out that the deal was done... and BogBog and his agent, by all accounts, weren't even in the loop at all. 

Think you can get away with talking with teams about possibilities. Where it crosses the line is any sense that you've finalized something.

He may be better, but he doesn't make the heat significantly better.  Lowry's no longer an  All Star guard in my opinion. Maybe it was the COVID year and the losing  that made him look average out there?
