Same thing they said about Anthony Edwards. 

It's just that some of these inner city kids have gang members in their circles and the corporate types think these kids are thugging on the side.  That's not the case, could just be some family members.

He wasn't speaking on Cooper, just that everything matters. What Coop issue was and is, is that you gotta give him the keys. You got to be elite tier to get that and Coop is not that yet.

I saw that and interpreted it as Perkins just needing to fill air time.

Said stte, "when guys fall, you gotta wonder about off court things , blah, blah.."

Didn't cite anything specific to this kid.  Just made a throwaway comment.
