I believe that this means that he will get a lot of playing time.  He's not getting a lot with the Hawks.  This is good.  Gives him a real chance to grow.

They pulled the starters after 5 minutes and only them scoring 3 points.

I feel like the rookies aren't taking the G-League as seriously as I would think they should, especially if they're trying to get minutes.

The idea fir the GL is to develop and prepare you so that when you get NBA minutes you're at least semi prepared.
