But he can't guard PFs, and he doesn't rebound, his defense was much better at SF. I actually thought his SF minutes were serviceable but it was his PF minutes that were a freaking disaster.

I didn't say he was a good PF. 😉

I do think he can help organize the defense a bit better from the 4, FWIW. Either way, his use is more about who he defends. He's a situational player.

I mean he's not "good" anywhere lol. But agree to disagree. It would be interesting if anyone could dig up his SF vs PF splits or +- to prove one of us wrong though.

I wasn't really sure how Okongwu being injured effected this.  So, that means we are looking at an either/or situation with Skylar Mays and Lou Williams and then possibly Paul Millsap.  Mays could be going on another two way deal, which would mean no Schofield.

Lol. I think we're essentially saying the same thing. He's not a "true" PF.

That's because you told me offline that you never read NBASupes' posts!  😈

So, we do not yet know if Skylar will get a guaranteed deal or get another two way deal.  Here is what we have:

  1. Trae Young, PG
  2. John Collins, PF
  3. Clint Capela, C
  4. Bogdan Bogdanovich, SG
  5. DeAndre Hunter, SF
  6. Delon Wright, PG
  7. Kevin Heurter, SG/SF
  8. Danillo Gallinari, PF
  9. Gorgui Dieng, C
  10. Cam Reddish, SG/SF
  11. Solomon Hill, PF/SF
  12. Jalen Johnson, PF/SF
  13. Onyeka Okongwu, C
  14. Lou Williams, PG/SG

So, if Mays doesn't get a guaranteed deal or gets another two way, there is still one roster spot open unless I have forgotten about someone.
