One thing JC said during his session that I found interesting.

He is going in to year 5, all with the Hawks, and this is the first time he is coming in to the season and the roster has not been turned over from the year before.

There wasn't a coaching change, we didn't trade or sign a bunch of guys. There is finally continuity with the roster and the lineups. Guys already know their role and their fit with the team on the court and in the locker room.

I think this is huge for us. I was looking at the KAT interview and empathizing with all the instability with that organization and now I'm sitting here saying that we are in a great place.

We shouldn't have to wait months before the guys start to gel  and we can finish strong like has been the case the past few years. We will be able to come out of the gates faster and sustain it longer.

There will still be adversity, but we are so much better suited to handle it than we have been because of the chemistry that already exists.

The health is one thing, but the continuity is what will help launch us to new heights.

Glad that media is now allowed into these practices. It should provide more context when covering the team.

I love how all the issues are concentrated at 1 position to start camp
