Last year, the Hawks went 25-11 at home (16-20 on the road), improving rapidly in the second half of the season. When they reached the postseason and kept winning, excitement from the fan base and the energy surrounding the team was the by far the highest it had been in years, leading to rowdy, sellout crowds and an edge at State Farm Arena. They went 23-6 in their last 29 home games, including the playoffs, and are hoping that success (and enthusiasm) can carry over into this season.

McMillan thinks the Hawks can take it a step further, and has set the goal of 30-plus home wins.

Great stuff!   Honestly though i know Coach likes to win every game but I'm hoping we get some load management on Capela.

We have a current back up center.  Gorgui Dieng ain't great.  But, for a back up, he's pretty danged good!

Opening day is here!  And, naturally it comes with a real problem for Atlanta fans.

We all want to watch every minute of the Hawks game.  Hoping to open the season with victory!

We want to watch every minute of the Braves game as they try to win tonight and advance to the World Series.  Tonight could be a great game for these guys!

GO ATLANTA HAWKS AND BRAVES!!

🥰

Tonight will have been 110 days since the Hawks were in a meaningful game (final game in the Bucks series).

That is 2,640 hours of waiting.

Now … only 12 hours left …
