It's too early to be worried about positioning.   The Spurs suck.

What's more important is making sure that our game is virgin leather tight.  We look good by the eye test but the better teams are on the way.

The Nuggets have a good excuse. The Spurs are just a bad team. Hawks will have to win tomorrow regardless to maintain their position. Would've been nice to get some help from the Nugs though.

Just finished watching. Wow. Trae the superstar came through and Capela is playing out of his mind too. JC and the shooters were in tonight. Felt good to get a blowout in this one.

Our guys are stepping into their roles and Cam gettin comfy at it.

No, the Celtics suck.  As bad as they played tonight, they actually took a 7 pt lead with just over 3 minutes to play.

Spurs then close out the game on a 15 - 0 run to win by 8.

 

Maybe Tatum and Brown DO need to be broken up.

Imagine if we saw Trae go down. I could easily see us getting blown out. It has a psychological effect, not just an effect on the game from their absence.

Prayers up for Ja.

Enjoyed a stress free win.  One more efficient win and game away from Trae getting EC player of the week and the Hawks potentially creeping up to a top 5 seed.

Trae was on another level tonight.  He wanted the Ja Morant comparisons to end. 

JC was superb.

Capela was superb.

Bogi, Huerter and Cam played their roles well.  I like the fact Cam is getting to the line to boost his efficiency. The team defense for him is much better.

7 in a row.  Let's destroy the Knicks tomorrow.  It'll probably wake up the rest of the NBA media to the fact we are on a great winning streak.

Yeah, he needs to keep that to 4 the rest of the season.  Don't need him getting suspended in the playoffs.

He came pretty close to getting a tech tonight though.  He has to remain cool.

Bogi 40.7%

TLC 40% (only 10 shots though, I do appreciate he can come in and hit those shots)

Trae 38.6%

JC 38.4%

Gallo 38.1%

Reddish 37.9%

They do need to be broken up and Brown needs to come home to Atlanta to be put next to Trae at Sg and be a true 2 way SG for us and secondary high end scorer.

I’ve always liked Brown. Hated the fact that he was drafted by the Celtics. He’s a dog. One of the few players I would trade to get for us.

Been trying to think what it would realistically take to get a player of his caliber for us.  The fact we have 3 guys in Huerter, Cam, and Hunter who can play SF allows us to move 1 of them easily in the trade.   Then you got Brown and Bogi taking up alot of money at SG so Bogi becomes expendable to upgrade to brown.   With Jalen, Gallo, Collins, Solo, and Okongwu all being able to play the 4 as well   Gallo, Jalen, or Big O becomes moveable as well.    Theirs no way we couldn't find some combo of players and picks to get Brown with all that available.
