Ya'll are missing the story here with this Pacers win.

Isn't this around the time we made a change last year?  Started off slow.  Weren't at expectations.  Team playing under capabilities.

In walks an assistant with a great rep around the league.  Galvanizes the team and captures the imagination of the city and it's fans.

Well, you know how the rest of the story goes.  The only question now is, where does McMillan land once the team moves on from him?
