Actually sad news (despite the snarky headline) ..

I still remember folks saying this kid was so much better than Collins.  And I'd sit back and ask when does he ever play?

They didn't question whether he'd win DPOY, they wondered how many. 

It's not like him coming back changes their tank at all so I can't imagine this is them keeping him out to keep losing.  Guy must be struggling to get back healthy, which is sad.  Hope he makes it back.

He has played 123 total games in 5 years - WOW!  not even 2 years worth of games.

Whole thing's weird to me.  Agree there doesn't seem to be a setback reported but, then again, it's been radio silence on him all year so who knows.

Agree it seems like "just" a tank move but, galdang, don't they already have losing down to a science?  Something tells me him ambling out there outta shape on a gimpy leg ain't gonna impact winning so much that they need to shut him down on any level.
