We are starting early! Sad but true!

Is it a notable that Kobe Bufkin was the first injured player in the 2023-24 season?

Shoulder subluxation is a partial dislocation of the shoulder joint.

Recovery time for shoulder subluxation12345:

  • Full healing: 12 to 16 weeks.
  • Return to sports on a limited basis: Week 12.
  • Full return to sports and other activities: 16 weeks.

Will he be ready to start the season though, if the timeline above is correct??????

If my counting is right, 16 weeks would be October 31.  The 12-week mark is October 3rd, which is also the day Training Camp opens I think.  Hawks preseason games are October 5th-20th.  Opening day is October 24th.

So based on this, we'll see Kobe in January.

Man smh

This team is so injury prone smh. I keep saying that certain players need to spend the off-season building their bodies and putting on muscle and focus on conditioning so they become more durable smh

12 to 16 weeks?  WTF?

So he won't be ready at the start of the season?

Want a silver lining?

Kings rookie Devin Carter needs labrum surgery.  He's not out 6 months.  He's being reevaluated in 6 months.

Yowch.

Bet they're desperately tryna bring Davion aka the bust off night Mitchell back.

so many questions.

1. why'd he bring a ball to the hospital

2. what exactly is the doc showing him on that computer?  A black hole?

3. is that the logo for the Atlanta Rats?

4. is heart rate looks really erratic.  I think he's in trouble.

5. Why does he have so many beverages?

6 why did they wrap his shoe?

7 what is that a skeleton of?

The doc is showing him the status of his Hawks DNA

Hawk’s career lasted a solid 3.5 weeks. Guess we will give him back to his team overseas now and try again next year.

Atlanta Rats. I’ve seen them running around while eating dinner outside at La Fonda Latina on Ponce.

I love it.

I don't know if this was posted back in April regarding OO :

Okongwu underwent a non-surgical procedure back on April 11 to address ongoing inflammation in his left big toe, and it's a concern that he's still not 100 percent. Fields did indicate that Okongwu is progressing in the right direction.

So he's still not 100%:

Hawks general manager Landry Fields said Monday that Okongwu (toe) is not 100 percent healthy entering training camp, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.
