He came alive in the 4th and hit some key shots, still starting off slow though. Also had 8 rebounds, that's a part of his game he should be better at

Never understood how he got the name Smoove, his game is far from it

Deron is also good at half court dunkingWell damn. I was watching the Falcons of course but caught glimpses of the Hawks, but I definitely didn't see this one. He had one taken away against the Rockets on a bogus offense foul call. Other than Derrick Rose, who's better at the Point at half-court dunking? He had 33 dunks last season, and I can't remember one on a fast break. This is the one skill that always instilled hope in me for this kid. The energy it provides for the team is invaluable. He can come right at your face, or like against Kevin, kinda hang and twist to the side to avoid the long arms and still flush. Anything to boost his confidence and gives him the feeling that he can play with the upper echelon PGs is huge for us.

He should play in China

Joe's defense has been looking much better,he's setting screens and ran the 2nd unit real good

That's not a stretch,he has to get that FG% up though,no reason he should be shooting 45% as a PF
-
Actually Deron called Joe 5 days before the trade happened and asked if he'd like to team up with him in BK.

I hope his mid range game becomes like Horford's

That was a good song, nothing disturbing about it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkDl3lwUaiYLook, I could do without the language and yes their basic behavior wasn't professional but there was nothing outlandish or crazy about this and why did you have to throw Josh into this. He had what was basically a cameo in the middle. Many pro athletes show up in videos (a much more disturbing one Josh was in was talked about here http://hawksquawk.ne...page__hl__music but is no longer available on youtube. Marvin's was taken down as well.) Believe me, much more disturbing things than this make it on video. The Jamal video was by far the worst song and the T.I. song Smith was in was in terrible taste. But there's nothing about a bunch of guys hitting the town, posing for photos that should disturb you. He was very accommodating to the girls having photos taken and respectful with his hands as well.

For the first time he would see double teams and defenses would focus on him since it would be his 1st time being the number 1 option

Joe had the handles to get over 6 apg,Josh doesn't

That would be dumb to let Teague goDevin is going to be a good player for us. His big issues is that he can go into scoring slumps and takes a few too many bad shots. His court vision is good, but not great. On the plus side, I really like his defense and ability to drive to the hole. I agree Harris and Teague are redundant. IMO, Teague will be gone before the trade deadline.

Probably for the hell of it,Bosh was at the Heat game yesterday

Maybe because its cold on the planeWho wears long pants and hoody in July ? The back pack is hillarious ! Wonder if he is bringing his baby's momma (x-stripper) to Brooklyn with him.

"Headed to NYC... On to the next mission... Dip!!"
"From Little Rock to Brooklyn, I've truly been blessed"
Joe swagged out and I think he's happy to get a new start

Yes he can, this is 24 seconds or less which is a pressure situationMy prediction for JJ with the Nets is 18 ppg on .45 percent shooting. He will fill a role but will not win over the fans much like he did here. He's a role player. Deron will be looked upon to take last shots after JJ shows he can't handle that type of pressure.
