  1. Million dollar talent - 10 cent head - so again NO!

    LMAO.

Not interested in Shumpert myself. He can't seem to get a lot of time with the knicks and when he does he sucks.

I've never really watched his game, I've heard hes a GREAT Defensive player, And can occasionally score the ball.

  2. I wouldn't say "Rookie" he does have experience in EUROleague, But thats debatable. I'd like to have a Omer/Horford combo. But i think were also avoiding another topic the SF position. Korver is more of a Sixth Man/Role Player to me Carroll is a Role Player. We need a SF

  3. Rudy is going to have issues with whatever team he's on, that's what happens when you shoot under 40% on 20 shot attempts/game and don't pass.

Deng is a FA at the end of the season, why trade anything (let alone a potential lotto pick) for a guy who can be signed outright next summer?

I have no patience haha, I'm ready fo rus to have him now.... But very true !

  4. Ferry and crew had nothing to do with drafting Marvin or Benson, so not really sure what your point is there...

Rudy Gay got traded for a bunch of expiring scrubs - still think he's worth that lotto pick?

Totally forgot about the GM change .... My Bad.... But Rudy gay was having issues with the team in Toronto ! And his contract is way overpaid.

  5. Luol Deng-not worth a lottery pickDion Waiters-debatableRudy Gay-not worth pickJoakim Noah-debatable, injury problems are a red flagNo one that's been suggested warrants a potential lottery pick especially in a draft that is said to be one of the best in years. There has been no one on this thread that we can acquire that would make us a contender. You can't use past draft busts as reasons for why they are expendable. The reason being when you do strike it rich you get to keep your star player under market value for at least 4 seasons. Look at Parsons of the Rockets. He's making under 1 mil a seasonfor the next 2 years yet he's become a top SF. Sure, players like him are in the minority but by collecting picks, you get a better chance of finding them.

Very true on parsons ! But your going off the Nets not even making the Playoffs... The nets have to many veteran players to not even make the playoffs ! And Luol is DEF worth a lottery pick... Rudy had locker room issues and his contract brings complications... I agree you can rebuild through the draft but were not gonna get a 1-7 draft pick !

  6. If you think trading away lotto picks (which would be used to acquire talented young players on cheap contracts) for guys who simply aren't worth said picks is the best way to build for the long haul then I just can't talk to you anymore.

Which guy naming isn't worth a lottery pick ? Whats the chances of us recieving a "Young talented cheap player" ? I'd rather trade away picks for someone that has proven they can score in the league and not on "Marvin williams, John jenkins, Mike Scott, Keith benson" Do i need to name more ? Our drafting history proves your point wrong.
