From all my travels and experience is that the one constant with all these high profile cop incident is that all the victims either disobey an order, resisted arrest or flat out went and try to punk a cop. Bottom line is none of these should've happen if you just respect authority and let the rest take its course. I blame this one on Thabo.

Me too. It so much easier to just lurk. I used to be much more active but then got sidetrack with family and job overseas and stuff.

This whole Ferry mess thing is much bigger than it should be. Not downplaying that this is insensitive to some but when I first heard this, i thought this was so small and minute. By this I mean, I have Africans, Indians and friends from all races. And we use to make comments like this to each other about counterfeits and stuff like that all the time. Does that make us racist? I've made similar comments to my Indian friends and they make the same about Asians. Not one time did i felt it was a racist comment. If anything, I felt its more a stereotype about cultures than anything. Maybe I'm naive maybe.

I think the coaches knows a thing or two more about these players than the casual fan. What the coaches see is a player who goes out and plays against much bigger players and more than hold his own. They see how valuable he his to his team. AL only won player of the week muliple times and did any notice is field goal percentage the last month? Bottom line is Hawks have the best record. Al deserve to go over these guys.

If holding them out means some losses then so be it. We need them healthy for the postseason. Plus our bench is deep and Mack should be back soon.

I'm with macdaddy. Not so fast in giving Sund some credit so soon. Veterans are more suseptible to injury especially playing that many games in a very short amount of time. And we will know by game 15 if it was a smart move by Sund to have a bench like this.

If our starters sat out the 4th quarter I would've thought we'd be down by 40. Who knew.

That's because Jamal primarily plays with the backups. He has to play more ISO ball because the guys he plays with are a lot less capable offensively. We need Jamal to come in the game looking to score when we have those 5-7 minute stretches with the starters on the bench.

When the offense can't score for long periods, I don't mind the iso so much. Jamal and JJ have the ability to create their own shots which is not bad to fall back on if the motion isn't mustering up any points.
