I met Jeff Teague some years ago when he was like in his second or third year at Cumberland Mall.He was super cool and down to earth.I remember telling him how the coaching staff should play him more.Hey was very gracious and thanked me.I think I was probably his biggest fan at the time,lol

Agreed.Back up point guard is our biggest need right now.Brooks would be perfect.He could sign for cheap and get buckets in limited minutes.Would love a bigger wing as well.

Derrick Rose plays for the Knicks now,lol.Im very surprised that Wade chose to leave Miami but I can't blame him.He and Rondo should be a intresting pairing in the backcourt.Wade and Butler pose a nice one two punch and they also acquired Robin Lopez from the Knicks.Bulls imo, look better on paper than they did last season.

I don't doubt that,he is and always have been a great competitor.Just not a fan of his weight or playmaking skills.I would not be against us signing him for cheap,though.

Im all for making a run at him when he becomes a free agent.but I hate to give up any of our best assets for a potential rental of  1 year of Westbrook.If you add Russ to our core guys we reign over the East,and it's not even that close.

Felton is fat and a bit of a chucker imo.I do like Vasquez,good shooter and has size.

I would think both Jack and Lawson might consider signing at a discount,since they both have something to prove.The question is are the Hawks interested in either and is another team desperate enough to throw big money their way?

Right. I would love to see us bring in Jarret Jack or even take a gamble at Lawson,I would probably prefer Lawson since we share the same last name, lol.We could definitely use another vet at that position.Im concerned about our lack of cap space,though.

Yes ,definitely and call me crazy but I think he can give us some spot minutes at the point if need be.He showed some flashes of playmaking ability.Something like a poor mans Jamal Crawford but a more willing passer.Since we are so deep at the wings, and lack pg depth,would not be surprised if Bud were to give Timmy some minutes there.

They will be the key to success this year. We know what we are getting from anyone else (except Bembry, who could also become a good bench player).

I agree and I also think if Hardaway Jr. improves the way I expect he will,I like our chances of being a top 3 seed.If Dwight can get his free throw percentage in the 65 to 70 range we have an excellent chance to contend for a conference championship.

No worries,been a die hard Hawks fan since late 80's.
