AJ I think BK has done a pretty good job considering the circumstances. His dummy move was when he let everyone in the world know that we were picking Shelden with the 5th pick. I'm just saying we could have moved down to four or five picks and still got Shelden. I still like the Marvin pick, and I know that is not a popular statement around here, but I just think Marvin is going to have a great year. Honestly, I wanted Conley this year, but I think Horford and Law were the best choice.

No one gives BK props for the good moves, everyone just sits back and waits for something negative to happen, so they can blame BK. The JJ deals looks good now, and so does the deal with Indy. Hopefully, we make the playoffs this year so Phoenix doesn't get a lottery pick. I remember last year on one of Sekou's blogs I think Doc and Ken said hold off on lynching BK, and I believe they were right.

I doubt that. If they "knew" that he wouldn't play, then why are they going to China to talk to Yi and the Gov't about playing for the Bucks?

Bottom line they should have never drafted Yi; they knew Yi did not want to come to Milwaukee, and now the have created a big mess. I thought we ( Hawks fans) were in bad shape b/c of the ownership situation, but the Buck fans have to feel like crap. Your first round draft choice refuses to play for your team, and their ownership and gm knew this several weeks before the draft. I blame Yi & Co. along with the GM, and then the ownership. Yi should be happy to play in the NBA. The GM knew better, and the ownership should have vetoed the GM.

I think it will be easy for him to have a good year. Jason Kidd will help his numbers inflate. Look what he did for M. Moore. Plus this season he'll be playing for a new contract. Last but not least he has a helluva supporting cast.

Our front office situation is a big joke. We are the only team in the NBA not participating in the Free Agency. The front office will wait until the last minute, and then we'll get a mediocre player ala Speedy, and L Wright. I wouldn't mind if Blank was the sole owner. Say what you want about Blank, but at least he's the type of owner who will aggressively go after good players during free agency. Some moves are good, while others are a little suspect, but at least he tries. That’s a lot more than I can say about our current situation. I love the team, but the front office sucks.

They will show the RMR games next week. At least that is what the did in the previous years. Last year they were tape and aired a few days later.

I don't see another losing season. I think the Hawks are going to make some serious noise this season. I think this could be the year we return to the playoffs.

Thanks for the 411. I would love to see some of their practices. Law vs Speedy, Chills vs JJ, and the other eight forwards going toe to toe.(LOL) But for real I know the practices should definitely be very competitive.

BINGO that's how he gets the majority of his rebounds. He sucks on defense, and we know ZaZa does not have a defense mentality. I really don't think he has the mental toughness. Don't get me wrong I like his offense most of the time, but I just wish he'd played with a chip on his shoulder during the defensive sets.

I voted for Marvin; He started to break out last year, but the broken hand prevented him. This is his third year, and I think he going to silence the naysayers.
