I was at the game from tip off and it just seemed like the hawks were sleepwalking the first half. They finally woke up in the second half but the horrible calls killed any type of momentum that we had. I could of sworn one of the refs looked just like that guy that got caught for fixing games not too long ago. But we cant blame no one but ourselves for the missed free throws and turnovers. I know in the fourth, Joe was trying to carry the team on his back towards a victory but he started wheeling and caused those turnovers. And maybe Bibby was bad because his Dad was on the opposing bench giving him the evil eye lol. But not to worry, we'll get them back tonight. GO HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!

That Bosh dunk on Josh changed the game. The crowd was like "ooooooooooh" and knew Josh wasnt goin to let that go. He turned up the intensity and destroyed Bosh and the Raptors in the end. So he definately needed to get dunked on, because the Josh that emerged was the old josh (even tho those 3's made me cringe lol)

I was there and that was the best game i ever attended. You could feel the emotion in the arena and for the first time in years, it felt like the whole arena was rooting for the home team. It was almost too much to bear, with the clutch shots and dramatic calls. It was a game that meant alot and they came through like champions. I had a great time, it will be something that me and my little brother will always remember.

WOW didn't realize they won 8 outta 9. Those guys deserve a standing ovation for that. I definitely tip my hat to them. I could sit and pout about blowing a 37 point lead or why such and such is in the game but that would negate the point of a win. I with ya Jack, your one of the few that keeps a positive outlook on this team. Cant wait to see them upset the Celtics or whoever they face, and if they dont...I ENJOYED THE RIDE, still my team. GO HAWKS!!!!

I was wondering the same thing. He should of got some pt b4 richardson. The guy deserves some looks because his 3 ball could be vital during the playoffs. Is he still hurt?

Im all for Bibby doing well with the Hawks, he can do whatever in his personal life long as it doesnt affect his play on the court or the team (ala pacman jones). My only is prob is grown ass men that ride coat tails and leech of others. If i cant get into vip or do things by myself maybe i dont deserve it or maybe i need to work harder.

I was out at Luckies last night and saw Bibby come through. His crew was hanging around security waiting for Bibby to get them into the vip lol. Looked like a bunch of bums. Bibby tried his "im mike bibby and they are wit me" approach but it didnt work, he had to pay for all those guys. Saw Richardson in there too, didnt get a chance to tell him to steal some shots from Salim, cause he was damn sure chucking last night. Great win last night, but when the hell are they goin to start boxing out, and wiping the butter off their fingers???????

Love this post. Finally something positive about the team. Im with them all the way, hell it would be nice to make it to finals. Who knows? Long as everyone is optimistic, anything is possible

Yea those missed free throws made me cringe. Offensively he was a mess, and as much as i cant stand the guy, he did a good job on Dwight. Even tho bibby had some horrible passes and turnovers, it was just a shock to see him play any kind of defense. Im just tryin to roll with the positives and hope it continues to build.

ZAZA PACHULA. He had Dwight on lock. He did little things that was agitating the hell outta Dwight and threw his game off. All Dwight did was whine like a big baby to the refs all night. This was also the first time i notice Bibby playing any kind of defense. I think he had like 2 steals and some deflections. Overall it was good one and im glad we pulled it off.

O yea and Holyfield looked like he could still kick some ass lol

Home is where the heart is so I will always be a Hawks fan. Not like the bandwagon fans that come to philips to see the other team. I almost gave up on them when they traded Nique for Danny Manning, but if i could live through Isiah Rider and Antione Walker, I can definately live through this. Much love and respect to anyone else that has been thru this mess and is pushing forward. So the hell with any other team.

There was a post by a SAC fan not too long ago about Bibby, sayin he's only good for every 5 games. I didnt want to believe it but he had his good game monday and sucked tonight. I was at the game, he killed the momentum when he missed that lay up. On one play he was just hanging around the paint by himself and his man hit a wide open 3. I hope its just a fluke and the 1 in 5 game theory is not true.

I kinda miss AJ, he was doing pretty well before the trade. Hell he even hit 3's when he was open. And his defense is alot more than i can say for Bibby.

Yeah if we actually played every game with intensity we would get the 6th seed with our favorable schedule.

But in reality, you never know with this team.

Will be fun to track this. If we miss playoffs altogether no way should our coach be here next year

What kills me is that we damn near get a turnover after every timeout we take. And Smoove is one of my fav players but when will he realize they leave him open for a reason.
