Exactly.

I truly believe Woody has failed in 2 respects: 1. He can't inspire the team anymore. That's assuming he ever could (which, based on their road record during his tenure, is certainly up for debate). 2. He hasn't assembled a roster that fits his system. I just finished writing a very long post on this issue on my blog (see signature), but I wanted to get your thoughts - obviously his in-game coaching (i.e. give joe the ball and run away or 2 fouls and you're out) are ridiculous, but there are bigger issues. We have a team that can win if they're in the right system or are motivated - and I think neither is happening now. What do ya'll think?

The more I think about it, I sort of agree with ya'll on Joe - he hasn't exactly been as dynamic as I think an A probably deserves. However, with his load and expectations, I'm not sure he could ever earn a real A in many people's eyes - he's not Jordan and he's not Lebron. However, I do see where ya'll are coming from. As far as Josh, his grade was dropped to C- because of how correctable his mistakes are. He's not simply missing shots - which would just be bad luck (a simple shooting slump). He continues to take shots that he shouldn't, and seemingly playing off every few games (or even more often than that). Furthermore, his free throw percentage is simply mind-boggling. That's where we were coming from on the grades... But it is great to hear from you guys, keep the opinions coming!

Why (other than the folks who think he sucks) is he not playing? With a hurt Al Horford I'd think Woody would try and utilize his bench... ...Although I've thought Woody would try and do lots of things that he hasn't done.
