I have 2 sets of tickets. One in section 116 and one in section 105. Both are the 10th row but section 105 has club access. Which are better seats?

Can anyone tell me if there is a designated hotel for visiting teams. We are coming to see the Hawks play during the ACC tourney and are trying to find out where the Trailblazers will be staying...
