  1. I have said before, I will say again. Ferry probably will resign Josh at 5 years 70 Million before it's all over.

we also have to realise that josh shot himself in the leg & complicated the trade scenario when he cried MAX. from this he should realise hey, peoplelove my hipe & potential but im not max status.if hes smart he should grab 5yrs at 75 million & run.to sign with us.

  2. This trade is about clearing minutes for Jenkins, etc. and getting a few $$ to pay for Pargo or another PG without tripping the tax.

It is small but it makes good logical sense.

ok if that is what they are doing it makes sense b/c i felt one thing we neede from a josh trade was snother healthy guard sense you cant count on harris to stay healthy. but let him be better than prago.

  3. Oh man that was just horrible! Humphries is actually a pretty good player, or at least he was last year, but he's not a 12 million a year player.

i dont know whats wrong with hawks fans, we are not going to get equal value so we might as well get a hustle player which i think humphries is.if not satisfird with him rhen whats wrong with wallace i think his contracy is a little cheaper at 10 million.he is anothe rgood hustle player that can hit you the occasional jumpshot.
  4. Lol, it's either keep Smoove around and let him walk or possibly get Sanders/pick. Plus Ellis can really help us in the playoffs. Player option or not, Ferry won't give him a better deal this summer.

i mean geez fellas are you saying ellis is worst than prago, i dont watch mllwaukee but the times he has played us he has ate us a new axx hole.we could use the extra guard help during the playoofs sense we lost lou.
  5. yea you hawks fans tickle the shit out of me, you say he is a disease but then you find something wrong with every trade thats been suggested. iwould love to get jordan he fills a great need for just a decent center.im not enamared with bass but bass has always been tough in the paint.for a low iq basketball player that you say is a cancer waiting to happen what are we complaining about.

  6. or how about showing blockshots when he runs somebody down something i only see lebron or d- wade do own consistent bases or the six assist that he gets us. show us the 30 point 16 rebound games he gives us that nobody on the team comes close too.

YEA & YOU SHOULD CALL THE VIDEO: JOSH SMITH THROWING DOWN DUNKS THAT MAKE YOU AFRAID TO TRADE HIM!!!

  7. first off fellow hawks fans their is not 1 man that we can say that we have to have or we could put the yoke on to carry the team. we had really a 6 headed monster which is why we were so hard to beat at the begining of the season.on any given night devin & teague want show up . their was korver coming off the bench if its not his night then it would be stephenson that would hit a few shots when we had a dry spell.their were times when moorow would go on a streak to demoralise the other team.lou would sometimes warm up in the fourth qtr. to take us home.but then injuries crept in.

AND WHAT IS A SOUPHPOUND? well first off a souphound is a mutt who definantly gets no special treatment, he doesnt get top of the line dog food, just table scraps.he gets no grooming & he definantly doesnt get the benefit of coming in the house even when its cold.

the same treatment an atlanta fan should get as far as a superstar even thinking about coming hear. it seems like we cannot contain superstars.eitheir we just cant pay them or we cant handle their egos nor flamboyant personalitys.you have to damb near be a southern baptist choir boy to live in this state.

  8. The most I would offer is 4 years $56 mill and pray he has more trade value with that deal at next years trade deadline then he does now......basically do what Denver did with NeNe.Even $14 mill per year is too much but that is the max I would go. Then I let him go and see if that is enough to sign Jefferson........if I strike out there then I throw a 4 year $36 mill deal at JJ Hickson and see if Portland matches.

i could definately agree with that.

  9. plays good against bad teams, the worst team inthe west is a good team in the east, what are you talking about, just be happy he had a beast of a game tonight. damb some of you josh haters need to go put the hot sauce on your food that requres you sign a waiver to eat or sombody should spike your underwear with some ben gay.but in reality everybody did something crucial at different parts of the game. teague & harris the way they kept pressure on the defense. zaza & his 8 pts. he scored in the paint.

  10. i glad to hear these post b/c now i know i was not imagining things. when he got traded hear fans where sounding like he was the worst basketball player ever to wear a uniform.he defianatly comes in handy on nights when zaza & ivan are outsized, i remeber when we put him in against the nets he practically neutralised brook lopez.i dont know why we dont try to get him some work in the paint, he cant be any worse then somtimes horfords ,zaza or smiths awkward ramblings toward the basket.

  11. damb benhill boy i never knew joe had this much effect on you,i can tell he caused you some night swets with his booty bumping with three guys in the paint the last play of the game for a fallaway jumper with one leg in the air miss as the busser goes off.man you can use a therapist,he frustrated me too.he still has to play 38 minutes just to get the points he scores.

  12. yea us atlanta fans better think twice about creaming for dwight howard,b/c i wonder are my eyes deceiving me or is it reality that howards conversion rate in the paint is worse than josh smiths.i was talking to my dad whom just happen to love the lakers & he sais josh actually has more moves than howard.i look at him tonight against the celtics & you get 9 points & 9rbs.straight garbage. secoundly investing in these big men are such a gamble b/c you cant keep them healthy. lokk at the sixers, lookat how long brook lopez went down, now look at the lakerswith howard & now gasol is out 6 weeks wit a fracture in his foot.who whishes they would have traded josh for gasol now? i bet the lakers wish they had made that move.

  13. you know ia beginning to get sick about whom we should trade josh smith for. even some of my lame picks i thought would work like kris kaman ort gortat. until i saw kaman lumbering down the court, shure you can get 16 pts. a niht out off him when you slow the game down but you will loose defensive intensity & with gortat i see just a nice decent body that eats up space. ( i saw al take a nice spin move off his shoulder & dunk on him) he never has an impact on the game.

i am just leaning toward getting some picks in the lottery some how b/c we are going to need a koriirving or john walll type, some player that says on any given night you cant stop me, b/c the clevlands & thewashigtons of the league will catch us sooner or later. if we could just add that to horford or josh i think we would be in good shape.

  14. Wallace plus Marshon plus a 1st would be great value for Josh at this point but where would that 1st come from? Honestly I'd consider it without the 1st if it weren't for Wallaces contract. Even still we'd probably be able to move him someplace else if we wanted to.

i second the motion especially if we are getting a young talent in marshon brooks, for some reason the nets are hypnotised with joe & deron which to me have lost their luster i say co that trade while they are still blind & wallace has allways been a hustle player which all teams need.
