Well you should be IHA...as much as I get annoyed with our ownership I think Sund is coming into this season with dry powder (an old civil war analogy). He has three SGs - one an all-star, one 6th man of the year who would start on most teams, and one rookie who doesn't appear to have "Acie Law Sickness" (can't shoot after college). He has an overage of talent at a coveted spot.

A large part of our future for this next year depends on if Craw Jr. can play for real in the NBA. If he can we have nice options. The best thing is - we get half a season to scope him out before any trade is necessary.

And for those talking about not getting the impact guy Horford is asking for, i have a feeling Sund will pull off a trade of some sort around the trade deadline to fill that need, and i think he will use the Trade Exception we got for Chills...... Might just be wishful thinking though :sad:

Despite all of the negativity around here our roster has improved from last year

In my opinion we would have fared much better against either of these teams, and right now we wouldn't be sitting here a pessimistic about our future as yall seem to be....

I Think against Orlando it was all ABOUT MATCHUPS, and i believe Dwight howard said it best "we only play them four times a year", (not counting the playoffs) and they were the ONLY team to blow us out repeatedly last year.............

And for people saying we didn't improve over the summer i disagree to a certain extent.......... We are getting rid of Randolph Morris, lol and i don't care who we sign instead of him, We improve........... Joe Smith vs. Josh Powell well i'm not too sure who is better............ We pretty much have JC2 replacing Mario West which is a MAJOR upgrade............. And NO WAY AT ALL is it possible for Coach Dru to be worse than Woodson, its impossible......... And Teague is supposedly coming into his own, which makes it where we don't have to hide Bibby defensively

Soo what i'm trying to say is don't be soo Negative, its only four games a year........ (hopefully we avoid them in the playoffs lol)

Im not sure how you guys view horford but i veiw him and smoove as the future. The thing about horford is that his game surpasses Smoove's when we are talking fundamentals, where Smoove relies on his atheletism rather than fundamentals more. Not making this a comparison by the way just voicing my thoughts. With that said I feel Big Al which is what i like to call him has the potential to be a 20pt scorer if given the opprtunity. Horford has the shot, ok post moves and the mentality to do so.

Let's bench Josh Smith and play Marvin at PF. Marvin is a natural PF and he can spread defenses better with his shooting than Josh can.. and Josh can give us that "energy" off the bench!

I wouldn't mind signing either for cheap, but i serously doubt that happens.... But I read that the lakers were pretty much trying to give sasha Vuacic away along with a 1st round pick for cap relief, i wouldn't oppose of that either (read on rotoworld.com)

Looking at the hype surrounding us possibly getting CP3, i have two more questions.

One consideration....

Now that Craw has won 6th man of the year, maybe LD should trying him out at starting SG and let Joe move over to the SF spot...
