the cavs do not work out the contract with Cleveland, Atlanta does that with Crawford while Cleveland gives them a range of what they are willing to pay for Crawford
and TPE expires 3 days after the Draft, not really any holes, you just have no idea how the NBA works, thats all. once you read up and learn a little bit then its really easy to understand. as for the Jamison and Williams deal thats almost as simple, trades do not have to match, they only have to be within 10% of each other which Williams and Jamison are.

also Cleveland and Atlanta could do the deal June 24th which means Atlanta can trade their 1st rounder since the Draft marks the end of the NBA season
